Occasionally, there is a surge in popularity for specific products, which means that restocking is neccessary; as we source our products from around the globe , the arrival of new items can take an extended amount of time.
Additionally, in areas of our most sought after or heavy goods items, even if your order has been processed , it may not be possible to fulfil within the allocated 5-7 day delivery period.
We take measures to ensure our stock records remain accurate,however in high demand situations, it is possible our customers won't be able to have their orders fulfilled, and a refund will be given.
